Take I-4 to the Fl-408 Westbound (toll road).  Merge onto the Florida Turnpike North (toll road) and continue for 19 miles.  Merge onto US-27 North via Exit 285 toward Leesburg.  Continue for 15 miles and turn left onto Main Street/West Main Street and travel for 1 ½ miles.  The Leesburg Commerce Park is located at 2864 W. Main Street.

From Ocala
Take U.S. 27 South for 30 miles.  Turn Right onto West Main Street and travel for a 1½  miles.  The Leesburg Commerce Park is located at 2864 W. Main Street.

From Tampa
Take I-275 North toward I-4.  Merge onto I-75 North and travel 54 miles.  Take the SR-44 exit toward Wildwood (exit 329).  Take SR-44 East 12 miles.  SR-44 becomes West Main Street.  Turn left into the park.  The Leesburg Commerce Park is located at 2864 W. Main Street.

From Daytona
Take I-4 West for 30 Miles.  Take the SR-46 exit (exit 101C) toward Mount Dora.  Turn right onto SR-46 and travel for 18 miles to Mount Dora.  Merge onto US 441 North and proceed to Leesburg.  Once in Leesburg, Turn left onto the 44 bypass and continue for 2 miles.  Turn right onto West Main Street and the Park will be on your left.  The Leesburg Commerce Park is located at 2864 W.
