	Alan Cheek, President & General Contractor - Mr. Cheek has completed more than 200,000 square feet of commercial/industrial development and 159 custom homes totaling $59 million dollars in value. He is a Certified General Contractor and is currently overseeing the development of another 400,000 square feet of commercial development in Lake County. Mr. Cheek, as president of Builders Unlimited, oversees the day to day operations of the company. He is a progressive minded corporate leader of Lake County.
	Robert Johnson, AICP, Vice President, Governmental Affairs and Investor Relations - Mr. Johnson has extensive experience with land planning, development and construction management. Mr. Johnson has managed the development of $112 million in commercial and residential develoment in Florida. Mr. Johnson understands the governmental permitting process (former Deputy City Manager of Leesburg and Community Development Director of Tavares), and engineering design process (former Vice President of CRA Consulting, civil engineering firm). Mr. Johnson will be responsible for the day to day management of projects.
